Midterm preparation day again!

Today I practiced fabricating my chicken, cooking rice pilaf, a variety of knife cuts, making a decent volute, roasting my chicken and made an omelet. Everything turned out really nice. I over cooked my tomato for my concase but that is an easy fix for tomorrow. I'm nervous about getting everything done quickly tomorrow. Eek!

WHAT I LEARNED:

I learned that less stress applied to a situation usually makes for better tasting food. If I am focusing on making the food the best I can with the time I have, it will be better than if I stress myself out every 5 seconds.
