October 2, 2017- Mid Term Madness

Although we didn't learn any new concepts today, for our pre midterms we practiced all our recipes. I practiced my pate choux, pastry cream, and blueberry muffins. My muffins turned out completely wrong and I think I might have accidentally combined the 2 recipes to get the result I did. Whoopsie. Other than the blueberry muffin issue, I feel like the practice was very worth while and productive. I felt more prepared for my exam the next day.

WHAT I LEARNED:
Make sure you know what recipe you are following and execute everything the way the directions say so. As to avoid super weird outcomes.
